FOUND INSECT IN MY COFFEE!!! horrible experience, terrible service, shitty staff, extremely unhygienic, shit ambience. When I showed the insect (bee) in my coffee, they refused to give a refund saying I already drank my coffee- accusing me. Even my friend left most of her drink after we found the bee in my coffee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried out the newly opened Cozy Beans and I must say, the name truly matches the vibe—super cozy and welcoming! The place has a warm, homely feel and the food tastes just like homemade, which I really appreciated. Of course, being new, there’s a little room for improvement in a few areas, but I’m sure they’ll get even better with time. What really stood out were the delicious food and refreshing drinks, served with care. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and look forward to visiting again.
