I visited this place few years ago with my friends when it initially started. It was some festival and I was not eating non veg. They served me veg biryani with chicken in it. After having a few bites, I got to know. Very bad experience. Never visited after that. The stars in giving is because the food they make is tasty, the owner is very good. I visited their stall in Karkala utsava. As UPI was not working due to network issues, she straightaway let me take the food and told me to get cash from my family, quoting that her business runs on trust. Amazing person. Visited for dinner, CKK Kitchens of Maharaja is a good spot for coastal Karnataka flavors. We tried the Kori Roti, Chicken Meals, Egg Maggi, Prawns Ghee Roast, and Anjal, and overall, it was a decent experience. The Prawns Ghee Roast had a nice balance of spice and richness, though it could have been a bit more flavorful. The Anjal (Seer Fish) was fresh and well-cooked. The Kori Roti with chicken curry was good, and the Chicken Meals were simple but satisfying. The Egg Maggi was fine—nothing extraordinary but okay for a quick bite. The service was decent, and the ambiance was casual. If you’re craving coastal dishes without too many expectations, it's a decent place to try!
