We were travelling through Trichy and went to Cibo after seeing such amazing reviews. But we were very disappointed. Service was very poor. We had to ask to be seated at a table. They cleaned it after we sat down. Staff took their own sweet time to get our order. Took too long to bring the food. Finally, they also missed out on one item on my order. After waiting for so long, we didnt wish to wait more. Ate and left. It is not fine-dining in any way.

But all this, aside, I would also like to add that the food was very good. Simple, tasty and bang on! Staff needs to buck up on service.

It was a great experience at the CIBO fine dining restaurant. Superb continental food. The best part about the service is that it left like home, it felt so comforting and everything you wanted was just right there. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Food was tasty and delicious and Overall the ambiance had a very positive influence on our moods and added 5 star to our New year celebrations. Recommended dishes Chicken steak with mushroom sauce, Dragon chicken, Kung pao paneer, Strawberry mojito, Tender coconut Suffle Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Steak, Kung Pao Chicken
