We were travelling through Trichy and went to Cibo after seeing such amazing reviews. But we were very disappointed. Service was very poor. We had to ask to be seated at a table. They cleaned it after we sat down. Staff took their own sweet time to get our order. Took too long to bring the food. Finally, they also missed out on one item on my order. After waiting for so long, we didnt wish to wait more. Ate and left. It is not fine-dining in any way.

But all this, aside, I would also like to add that the food was very good. Simple, tasty and bang on! Staff needs to buck up on service.

Our experience with the panko paneer starter was disappointing, as the paneer provided was spoiled. Despite raising the issue with the server, we were informed that the entire batch had gone bad, leading to a halt in orders. It was concerning that the cook seemed inadequately trained to discern the freshness of ingredients, relying on customers to identify spoiled items through taste.Furthermore, our order for a green apple mojito resulted in a mix-up, with a green apple and pineapple concoction served instead. Despite our reservations, we were persuaded to consume it. Despite being advertised as a Pan Asian cuisine establishment, the taste of the food did not live up to the cuisine's standards.Although some items, such as the roti and South Indian chicken gravy, were commendable, they did not warrant a visit to a Pan Asian restaurant. Adding to our dissatisfaction, the bill included items we hadn't even ordered.Overall, our dining experience fell below average, and we cannot recommend this place, especially for vegetarians. The lack of attention to ingredient quality and below-par taste leave much to be desired.We rate our experience as below average, citing both the taste and the negligence in checking ingredient standards. It was a great experience at the CIBO fine dining restaurant. Superb continental food. The best part about the service is that it left like home, it felt so comforting and everything you wanted was just right there. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Food was tasty and delicious and Overall the ambiance had a very positive influence on our moods and added 5 star to our New year celebrations. Recommended dishes Chicken steak with mushroom sauce, Dragon chicken, Kung pao paneer, Strawberry mojito, Tender coconut Suffle Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Kung Pao Chicken
