I’m beyond frustrated with this whole process. You have to order a day in advance, and it takes forever to prepare the food. It’s been over 40 minutes, and I’m still sitting here hungry with no food in sight! This is ridiculous! If you want to waste your time, this is the perfect spot. But definitely not for anyone who’s actually hungry, or even if you’re with your partner. My honest recommendation: don’t bother trying! The ambiance was nice for taking some pictures, but that's the only positive thing here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This restaurant claims to be fine dining, but I think we should fine them for failing to provide that experience. I went with a group of friends—just seven of us. We placed our entire order within half an hour, but it took them more than two hours to serve all the items. The funniest (or most frustrating) part was the time they took to serve a cold drink—it took 40 minutes, even after we reminded them three times. My experience was the epitome of ASAP: as slow as possible. The worst was one of the waiter who put plates, spoon fork on the table just came and threw the fork as if doing favour to us that's when I lost my patience.. bad service they either higher some more staff or reduce the no of tables because they are not capable of serving more then 4 tables at a time. two table guests left due to the delay in serving the food in front of us. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Delays! I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. First, the food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t even what we ordered! To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed no urgency to fix their mistake. We waited even longer for the correct order, which by then had ruined the whole experience. The service is shockingly bad, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and want decent service! This review conveys frustration without being overly aggressive, which should grab attention.
