Rating: (3.5/5) Tucked away in Dharma Nagar, just a short walk from Ramlingeshwar Park, Chin Singh is a recognizable spot for Indo-Chinese food lovers in Berhampur. It's fairly central and easy to reach, especially if you're around the park or nearby residential areas. The food is a mix of hits and misses. Momos, dimsums, and their honey chilli chicken were quite flavorful . Their sizzling brownie was a nice touch to end the meal. However, some of the main course dishes lacked depth and felt a bit repetitive in taste. In terms of pricing, it’s not exactly budget-friendly , but still somewhat reasonable compared to similar outlets in town. The ambiance is cozy, with decent seating arrangements for small groups. Cleanliness and hygiene could be improved in certain areas though. Service is a mixed bag — while some staff are attentive and courteous , there were noticeable delays , especially during busy hours. Also felt that dine-in customers were not always prioritized when delivery orders were active. Parking is on the street, and finding a proper spot might be tricky during peak hours. Overall, an okay place to try once in a while if you're craving Indo-Chinese, especially momos or light starters, but consistency and service could definitely be better.
