This restaurant is good for people who have dinner in a hurry because they can order dishes as a takeaway. Take your friends with you and have nicely cooked fried chicken, chicken nuggets and grilled chicken. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The professional service is a big plus of ChicKing. You will certainly appreciate the lovely atmosphere. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I visited Chicking Koduvally again today after around six months, hoping to see some improvement — but sadly, the experience was still disappointing. The customer service really needs improvement. The staff seemed unsure about item availability and couldn’t clearly answer customer questions. For example, when I asked about grilled chicken, they couldn’t confirm whether it was available or not. The whole situation felt confused and unprofessional. The outlet also lacks the brand experience that Chicking usually provides. It feels more like a small local fried chicken shop than a recognized franchise. The variety of items was limited, and the staff didn’t reflect the punctuality or confidence you expect from a brand like Chicking. This was especially noticeable when compared to my experiences at other Chicking outlets, where the staff are usually punctual, transparent, and customer-friendly — they clearly mention the waiting time (“just 2 minutes left”) and serve right on time. That sense of professionalism and care is missing here. However, I do appreciate one thing — the play area and toys for children. That’s a lovely feature and makes the place family-friendly. It shows that the outlet is trying to create a pleasant environment for families, and I value that. Overall, I genuinely love the taste and flavor of Chicking, which has always been one of my favorite brands. But Chicking Koduvally really needs better staff training, communication, punctuality, and brand consistency. The food is great — it just deserves a service that matches its quality.
