A Must-Visit for Ramen Lovers! Chef James Kitchen is a hidden gem for Asian food lovers, especially if you're craving a solid bowl of ramen. Reservations are a must, but even with one, be prepared for a bit of a wait—so arrive early. The location is in a slightly shady lane, and parking can be tricky due to dug-up roads, but the food more than makes up for it. The menu is a mix of korean and japanese food. We were primarily there for a ramen visit. We started with the Yangnyeom Chicken, a spicy Korean fried chicken that was absolutely delicious—highly recommended! For mains, we had the Tonkotsu Ramen, which featured incredibly flavorful broth and perfectly cooked pork, and the Spicy Korean Carbonara Ramen, which was another fantastic, creamy, and indulgent bowl. Both were spot on. For dessert, we tried the Mango Mochi, which was underwhelming and not something I’d order again. Overall the service was quick too. The atmosphere was warm and easygoing. Dishes were explained well. The space is small but cozy, and the food is undoubtedly worth the visit. Will definitely be back! The overall experience was great.
