Today 13.04.2025, we ordered one tea , one coffee and few snacks for the parcel. The shop was less staffed and the staff were not polite with the customers. After a long wait when enquired, the staff forgot our order and behaved roughly, and packed the orders. After reaching home I found that we were CHEATED by providing only one caramel custard pudding instead of the ordered 2 quantity. Beware of the cheating behaviour of the shop. Check your items before leaving the shop. Similar to us one old lady was arguing for samosa and tea she ordered and paid. Even though tomato sause was available, the shop refused her the sause in a rough behaviour. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
