I visited on 12 April 2k24, We had to wait for 1 hour to get biryani.It may be that biryani was out of stock so delivery was delayed but customer should always be told in advance that it will take some time to serve.Their food is good but the service is very bad. And they don't keep water bottles below 1 liters So if one goes to eat alone he also has to buy a big water bottle Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

As we understand from team that was one exceptional day when biriyani was delayed to reach at restaurant from factory due to some unavoidable reason. We also agree that team should have informed you about the time it may take to reach. Please be sure we have arranged training for the team to improve the quality of experience you have with us. Also we have taken a note of your dissatisfaction regarding small water bottle and will be sorted with immediate effect.
