Hi All, Please do not go by reviews, I did a mistake to host a party here. I requested to have a good service with good food but service was very poor and few things were not communicated properly(charges of water bottles) they said - water ka pesa to har jgh alag hota hai. If they have told us then we had water bottles at home , we could have arrange by ourselves. Also , one item which was mentioned in menu (garlic bread)was not provided to the guests but they took complete money. Food was not tasty . Only one item which was ok was white sauce pasta. That’s all. Service was very slow .I told him clearly that I will not compromise with service even then Only 1 staff was there for whole party and he was not active. I do not recommend this for any parties. Bathroom was also not clean , flies were also there at tables. One thing was there - owner was a good salesperson who is good at talking and will make you think that you are at good place but when the celebration day comes , that time we get to know the reality that everything was fake. When people didn’t like the first item that is burger then they stopped eating all other items . My friends/guests were not happy and provided bad reviews for the place. Replying to your comments - 1. You didn’t inform us for water bottle charges . Where we had party last time - they did inform us before . This is your mistake . 2. Yes food was not prepared well, your burger tikki and vada in the pao was very very hard. My guests were feeling so bad to attend the party.Guests can be late, it is not written anywhere that this is the fixed time to come , it is a Diwali season and lot of traffic was there on VIP road. But whatever the reason may be , there should not be anything to compromise with food. 3. Yes we had to come because everything was not served properly , I had told you clearly last time we had a problem with service but didn’t tell about food because food was perfect in my last party. Services were poor at my last party but guests were happy with the food . But here at your place where was my second party was pathetic, because no service and very bad food. Where did you serve garlic bread ? Did you eat your burger and Vada Pao ? And service was too bad so we had to come to the kitchen to remind you about the things we needed . My guests were sitting idle and waiting for the items. 4. I will find a better place to host a party but will never recommend chaizade instead of hosting a party at home. Keep your suggestion with yourself. I am not taking your suggestion.

Dear Ganisha Ahuja, After seeing your Google review, we are very disappointed that we were not able to meet your requirements. For this, we sincerely apologize. Also, we would like to mention a few points here. Please pay attention to them. 1. You have written about the charges for water bottles. So, we would like to tell you here that normal water is free everywhere, even here, but if you and your guests are using water bottles, they are chargeable. And you were not made to pay the full price of the water bottle, you were given a discount in that too. 2. You said that the food was not prepared well. Madam, all the items in the menu given to you were served and we prepared our food according to the time given by you, but your guests came almost 2 hours late, still, fresh food was prepared and served to you. 3. All the time you and your entire family( You, Your Husband, You kids too) stayed in the kitchen, while entry to the kitchen is prohibited. You always told us about the chef's distractions but you did not listen to a single word of cheff but still we cooperated with you very well. 4. You said that wherever you have hosted a party before, your experience was not good. Madam, we advise you to give preference to home catering which will be a very good option for you in which you can do both serving and hosting and you can also get the service as per your choice... Food is extremely good with good ambience. You get to play different games while waiting for your order. The owner is really generous, food quality is extremely good when compared to other restaurants. Overall I'm really satisfied with their customer service.
