This place is in a mall/Corporate building named Landmark, in Silvassa. It's a very small place for chai sutta break usually you can see a large number of young crowds school or college going student. Further, it's a small meet up place for small talks and some fast snacks , paneer Takatak sandwich is something which I'll recommend along with their Adrak chai . They have the indoor and outdoor sitting however it's a self service restaurant, you need to pick your own order from the counter. The ambience is nothing great but they tried to make it catchy. The Landmark offers you a parking area free of cost, along with wheelchair access . Since there aren't many tea spots in Silvassa you can try this one. I liked the place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Paneer Takatak Sandwich Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: The only veg option is there in the menu along with Tea and Coffee.

The food quality at this franchise is excellent, but unfortunately, the hygiene and service standards are lacking. On multiple occasions when visiting with friends, we noticed unclean tables and inadequate cleanliness. Additionally, the air conditioning is often turned off, and the staff's response to these issues is not satisfactory.
