Yha ka customer service bohog kharab h they don’t even respond to complaints and masala tea and schezwan maggie are worst i have ever tasted and mere complaint krne ke baad bhi koi response nhi dia gaya ulta rudely behave kia gaya Worst cafe i have ever visited

Quite disappointed 1. Rate of masala tea in menu is 20 per tea lady at reception counter asking for 21. As per her menu is not updated. Please update the menu and then increase the pricing. 2. Tea was already prepared they were just steaming and serving to the customers. 3. No one asked if tea needed to be with sugar or without sugar. As a standard practice it has to be without sugar but when tasted it was full of sugar. 4. Maintainance is something to look into. AC is leaking. Floor not clean. 5. No one gave the bill of 2 teas. Having such a good location. Only due to lack of infra and unskilled staff it is lacking.
