I had the absolute misfortune of visiting Chai Sutta Bar, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any café. I ordered a coffee, and what I received was nothing short of a disaster in a cup. It was drowning in sugar to such an extent that the actual taste of coffee was completely obliterated. It was sickeningly sweet, almost undrinkable, and felt like a careless mockery of what coffee is supposed to be. As if that wasn’t enough, the service was equally abysmal—utterly indifferent, sluggish, and unprofessional. There was no sense of responsibility, no courtesy, and certainly no quality control. From the staff to the product served, everything screamed of negligence and mediocrity. Frankly, this place is an insult to anyone who respects even the basic idea of hospitality or beverage preparation. If this is what they call “service” and “coffee,” then it’s nothing but a joke—an unpleasant, frustrating, and regrettable one. Strongly not recommended.
