Cha biskut, situated at the heart of Siliguri just beside Badshah Biryani Hut is one of the best cafes in town to hang out with friends and have great food with an even better ambiance. Cha biskut is undoubtedly one of the best cafes in town, I discovered this place a few weeks ago and I can't hold myself but go to this place daily. The ambiance and vibe of this place are truly out of the world. The best thing about it is that you can't find such high-quality food at incredibly low prices anywhere else in the town. It has everything one can ask of a cafe. It is kind of a themed place with paintings and pieces of art hanging on its wall. By the way, if you're reading this, do drop by any day after 7 in the evening and you might just find me sipping on my masala tea in the company of my friends. Wave me a Hi, maybe?
