, 08.11.2024 * Operating the business without FSSAI license. * Medical fitness certificates and FoSTaC training certificates were not available. * Doors and windows were not fitted with insect proof screens. * Live cockroach infestation observed in the kitchen and possible rodent infestation observed in the store room. Rat faeces observed in the storage racks. * Kitchen floor found patchy and broken tiles observed at food preparation area in the kitchen. * Food articles stored in the cold room and refrigerator were not labelled. * Food articles like atta bags stored directly on the floor and gap not maintained between the bags and walls. * Temperature records were not available. * Dust bins found open in the kitchen. * Expired food articles like below were found and discarded on the spot. - Kasuri methi 1 unit expired in Sep 2024. - White corn flour (3 pkts) expired on 13 Sep 2024. - White sabudan (10kg) expired on 28 Sep 2024. - Jaggery Kolhapur (4.5kg) expired on 05 Oct 2024. Eating space for the CCMB staff and students. Hygienic place which serves 3 meals, snacks, and seats around 40-50 people at a time. The menu has items from throughout India and is very tasty at a subsidised rate. One can have a complete meal under ₹50. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200
