Coffee is good, but the management is not good. Washrooms are severely very dirty and when we ask them to clean, they said that they are not available for this. This is not at all acceptable when we are paying so much for coffee and snacks. We deserve to have a good washroom. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

CCD is anyway good all over India, but when it comes to this branch , the person who takes the order always manipulates the customer by overselling his product and forcing customers to buy it. And add on few topings of his wish and charge for that... It happened to me , that added extra chips and charged for that. He does same thing with extra cheese... he does same with all kind of beverages.. If a customer says he want cappuccino, he forces to add on flavours to it. I ask the branch to change the sales man. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 4
