I had a very disappointing experience at the Café Coffee Day outlet in IIT Roorkee. The most concerning issue is the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They were completely impolite towards students, often misbehaving, using a dismissive tone, and showing no regard for basic customer service. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the staff seemed irritated and disrespectful, making students feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of arrogant and unacceptable attitude from the employees completely ruins the experience. For a place located in an academic institution like IIT, where students deserve respect and a positive atmosphere, this level of behavior is shocking and disappointing. The management really needs to take immediate action to train the staff in basic manners, hospitality, and how to treat customers with respect. Until this issue is addressed seriously, I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. It's not just about coffee – it’s about how you’re treated, and here, that’s at an all-time low.
