I recently ordered a pink sauce pasta and a lemonade from CBSE Cafe through Swiggy, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. As someone who had heard good things about this cafe, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. Firstly, the quality of the pasta was abysmal. It was far from the delicious dish I had anticipated. The taste was off, and the texture was completely wrong. It seemed like they didn't put any effort into preparing it properly. To make matters worse, the packaging of the lemonade was horrendous. The container had spillage issues, and it was visibly packed in front of the Swiggy rider. It felt unprofessional and careless on the part of CBSE Cafe. When I contacted the cafe owner to explain the situation, their response was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the problem and offering a solution, they simply dismissed it as "not their issue." This lack of accountability and customer service was deeply unsatisfying. Overall, I would strongly advise against ordering from CBSE Cafe. The pasta they serve is subpar, and their attitude towards customer concerns is unacceptable. Save your money and try other options. I am confident that I can prepare better pasta myself, and I would gladly invite the cafe owner to my place to prove it.
