Worst Service – Biased & Disrespectful! I had the most disappointing experience at this café today. My boyfriend and I came on our bike, while another group of five friends arrived in a car. Even though we reached first, the staff completely ignored us and focused only on them. They took our order 20 minutes late(which is 10 pm)and still made us wait for 1 whole hour for just a single chicken Maggi, while the other group kept getting their orders quickly. The staff never checked on us, didn’t update us, and when we finally canceled our order at 11:10 pm, they didn’t even bother to apologize! The bias was obvious—just because we came on a bike and not in a car, we were treated like we didn’t exist. If you expect fair treatment, respect, and decent service, do not visit this place. I expect the to owner respond to this review and take action. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had visited this place on a Saturday evening , they have the worst service where when you sit down all the tables were unclean & the server needed to be reminded to clean the table . No glasses were provided for drinking water for which they charge by the bottle / No tissues placed on the table. Many of the items in the menu card was un-available , The food was not cooked properly . Extreme delay in processing / bringing the orders , but extremely quick in processing the bills which were on the higher side . Overall a very bad experience not be visited especially if you are visiting with kids /family . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
