My experience here has been very disappointing. The food is not good, and the staff is rude and confrontational whenever you try to say something. For breakfast, they serve plain bread slices in the name of toast, with no butter, and everything is overpriced. On top of that, the behavior of the staff is even worse, which makes the overall experience quite unpleasant.

We appreciate your feedback but sir if you don't like the food you should tell before finish it after finishing all the orders you are telling thats not up to the mark, after eating all the food you are asking not to pay the food amount dear sir for next time when you ordered something and you don't like anything just tell before after finishing toast you are saying that I will not pay , for further if you don't like any food you should tell before finishing it

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at captain's cafe bhowali.The food was delicious, especially paneer,parathas The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!"
