Worst customized cake ever. Can you guys believe this pathetic customized cake is for 1300s which looks like a 500-600 wala cake? They promised me other toppings and patterns and at the last moment they gave me this cheap cake. I gave them the order for another cake which didn't even look like that, not even 20%. They just started arguing with me about this cheap cake. At first, they only promised me that the cake would look at least 80 to 90% the same, but this is not even 20% the same. In fact, I told her if the cake looked similar to 50%, then it would also work. In fact, if I bought a simple ready wala cake, that would be much better than this 3rd class cake. They don't care and value customers' money and happiness, they just want money by doing these cheap tricks. I was going to surprise my friend with this cake on her special day, but they ruined everything. There was one lady. Her name is Sharmistha. She is very arrogant and pathetic. She doesn't have any manners about how to talk with customers. After this mess, she started blaming us only bug you can see screenshots, as she only promised all those things. I recently ordered a cake from Cakes Delight for a colleague's birthday, and they did an amazing job! Despite being in another city, I placed the order online, and I'm thrilled with the result. The cake was beautifully crafted, and it tasted absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend Cakes Delight for any special occasion.
