I had food from this hostel and it was a very disappointing experience. The quality of the food was extremely poor, lacking both taste and freshness. It felt unhygienic and not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about good and healthy food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Cake Hut in Ambalappuzha recently, and it was a totally disappointing experience. The staff attitude was rude and unprofessional — they clearly lack basic customer service skills. It honestly feels like they don’t know how to run a restaurant, and maybe that’s why the place hasn’t picked up in the town. As for the food, it was an utter flop. Tasteless, poorly made, and definitely not worth the money. People expect better, and they deserve better. Not recommended at all.
