There is no option to rate negative that's why I have to rate it 1star . I ordered White Forest Cake through swiggy, but I received simple plain cake which is totally different from what I ordered.

Worst experience with a bakery. They do not even know what cake they have in stock. They are a bakery for only delivery but yet they realize after one hour of receiving a home delivery order that they will face difficulty in delivering my cake which is an important part of any birthday celebration. So this birthday party had to be completed or unfortunately left incomplete without a birthday cake all thanks to cake 24x7. People should not open our bakery if they cannot deliver to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended NOT to try them out.
