Worst experience. We booked the table through District (Zomato) and paid the cover fee. Once we reached there, they said do not consider Zomato/Swiggy booking. We discussed this with waiter for a while and then she said talk to manager. It was still fine till here. But then our waiter said, "Don't order anything till you talk to manager". Her tone was very rude and unwelcoming. We still ignored it. Then manager came and he started explaining that they couldn't crack the deal with Zomato/Swiggy guys, so they are not accepting bill payment through those platforms. Then he started saying we have 5-6 pubs/restaurant in Hyderabad and all those unrelated stuff just to show how big and busy they are. Then he said we will give you the same discussion as promised while booking on District. Then we asked about cover charge, which we have already paid while booking, which is supposed to be, deducted while paying bill. To that he said, we can't do that as it is already paid to District guys. At this point we were like, okay let's go with it, as they promised they will give the discount mentioned in app and we will let go off the cover charge by not giving tip. Then we ordered food. Food was good. We tried few things and most of them were good. But again waiter was annoyingly asking everytime how is this item. If you ask at the end one time then that's okay. But this guy kept on asking after every dish which we finished. Then when the finally when it came to vill payment, they gave the discount, but refused to remove service charge. We argued but then they said under while booking on District app, under TnC, it is clearly written the service charge is mandatory. So it's like they have listed themselves on Zomato and Swiggy. They will use those platforms to get bookings and then refuse to take bill payment through those platforms. So we loose our booking cover charge and also pay service charge. These greedy people operates against the common decency and hospitality morals. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
