My friend just visited for the buisness purposes..and somehow his bedsheet got stained by food.. BUT THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT OF THE HOTEL NAMED IT AS BLOOD STAIN WHICH IT SELF VERY EMBARASSING TO HIM... AND THEN WITHOUT ANY PROPER RESOLUTION THEY CHARGED RUPEES:-675 WHICH IT SELF SHOWS THE GREEDYNESS.. PLEASE IF POSSIBLE REFUND HIM #HOTEL CYGNETT STYLE GANGA I have attached the proof... Good place to stay. Allowed an early check-in and gave a free of cost room upgrade as well. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained hygiene. Food is also good and variety in complementary breakfast. No complaints at all. Service: 5
