It is the best place near Patala Devi Mandir. The menu of Indian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful here. You can order nicely cooked tandoori chicken tikka, butter chicken and paneer tikka. The cooks here prepare good gulab jamun, creamy dessert and pudding. It's a must to order delicious cordial while coming to Butter Chicken Factory. Get your meal started with great lemonade, lassi or tea.
Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The cool staff reflects the style and character of this spot. Professional service is something that guests highlight in their comments. A lot of reviewers find that prices are democratic for what you get.
As the order goes we called for 1 portion of butter chicken, 3 tandoori rotis and 1 laccha paratha. On receiving the order at first, the laccha paratha was missing. We relayed this message to the restaurant and they agreed to send the missing item. As we started eating we realised that there were a total of 4 pieces of chicken. These 4 pieces were not even an inch. It was one big piece broken into 4 pieces and the rest was gravy. So technically we ate tandoori roti with gravy. We then received the missing paratha after 30 mins, since we had finished eating I kept the food in the fridge. Later on, I decided to eat the paratha, when I opened the packet to my surprise there was no paratha but an extra tandoori roti. my order states a paratha, but I guess they decided to send whatever they felt the need to instead.
The price that I paid for the butter chicken is absolutely ridiculous compared to what I received. Either they reduce the price or send more pieces of chicken with their gravy. Also, the restaurant needs to pay attention to what they send. If I wanted 4 tandoori rotis I’d have ordered 4 tandoori rotis, the laccha paratha was just not meant to be even though they charged me for it.
Hate this restaurant, I don’t recommend it.
