Scheduling your trip, pay attention to Patala Devi Mandir and remember to decide where to eat: Butter Chicken Factory is right aside the mentioned place of interest. Indian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful at this place. This place offers you good tandoori chicken tikka, butter chicken and paneer tikka. Tasty gulab jamun, creamy dessert and pudding are the tastiest dishes. When visiting this spot, it's a must to try delicious cordial. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer great lemonade, lassi or tea.
Food delivery is a big plus of Butter Chicken Factory. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the cool staff. Spectacular service is something that people highlight in their comments. Most guests think that the dishes have democratic prices.
As the order goes we called for 1 portion of butter chicken, 3 tandoori rotis and 1 laccha paratha. On receiving the order at first, the laccha paratha was missing. We relayed this message to the restaurant and they agreed to send the missing item. As we started eating we realised that there were a total of 4 pieces of chicken. These 4 pieces were not even an inch. It was one big piece broken into 4 pieces and the rest was gravy. So technically we ate tandoori roti with gravy. We then received the missing paratha after 30 mins, since we had finished eating I kept the food in the fridge. Later on, I decided to eat the paratha, when I opened the packet to my surprise there was no paratha but an extra tandoori roti. my order states a paratha, but I guess they decided to send whatever they felt the need to instead.
The price that I paid for the butter chicken is absolutely ridiculous compared to what I received. Either they reduce the price or send more pieces of chicken with their gravy. Also, the restaurant needs to pay attention to what they send. If I wanted 4 tandoori rotis I’d have ordered 4 tandoori rotis, the laccha paratha was just not meant to be even though they charged me for it.
Hate this restaurant, I don’t recommend it.
