I recently ordered a beef burger through swiggy from your outlet and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The burger had just two buns, stale beef, and a few veggies — it felt incomplete and lacked both freshness and flavor. To make matters worse, the KitKat shake tasted like it was made with half water and half milk, lacking any real richness or taste. This was not at all worth the money I spent, and it certainly didn’t meet the standards expected from your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the quality control. I’d appreciate a resolution or refund for this poor experience. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1
