When my friend and I arrived, there were no other customers, so the seating area upstairs was not cleaned and the lights and fans were off. I understand that was to save electricity, but we waited a while for them to turn on the lights, after which I had to go and tell them myself to do so. The floor wasn't cleaned up, there were chocolate wrappers everywhere.
Talking about the burrito itself, it was pretty good. This was my first time trying it, so I can't compare it against anything. The presentation could have been better, instead of serving directly in a tray.
The interior is actually very pretty, only if they could keep it clean.

Rice taste was good but one of the vegetables probably has gone bad and didn’t taste good.

What a hidden gem Burreatoss is...To start with the amazing food options they have are burritos, tacos and the yummy mexican rice bowls. All the food items are crazyly filled with different genres of tastes. The rice bowls minced with different salsas just awaken your taste buds. The loaded nachos are well balanced, more salsas can be added although. Burritos are average but the smoky flavour is perfect. Rice bowls are really good. A must visit place.
