The place was understaffed, and it took 30 minutes to prepare my order. During billing, they asked for my contact number. I declined to provide it, but they insisted, saying it was company policy and that they couldn’t proceed with billing without it. However, there is a rule stating that if a customer refuses, they cannot be forced to provide their contact number.
