I recently placed an order for a Fried Chicken Burger from Burger Shurger, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. When the burger arrived, it was not at all up to the mark. The burger bun and the patty were both served cold, which immediately affected the taste and overall quality. A fried chicken burger is supposed to be hot, crispy, and fresh, but in this case, the patty felt soggy and lacked the expected crispiness.
