Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Burgerama guarantees you perfectly cooked cheeseburger with bacon, onion burgers and double cheeseburgers. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Nice service is something guests agree upon here. Misleading menu description and poor customer service at Burgerama, Vasant Kunj. The item was listed simply as “Tenderloin” on the app, with no mention of the meat type. In Delhi, this is not a minor detail. I called immediately after ordering to clarify and request a change. The staff member, Vansh, was dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. He claimed it was lamb and refused to change the order, saying lamb is more expensive, which completely misses the point. The issue was lack of transparency, not pricing. His tone was rude and unprofessional. Restaurants must clearly specify meat types, and staff should handle genuine concerns with basic courtesy. This experience did not meet those standards.
