Overall Rating: (1/5 Stars - Very Bad) My recent visit to Burger King's Vapi Branch was unfortunately a highly unsatisfactory experience, marked by poor service, subpar food quality, and significant billing issues. Service & Wait Time:. The service was exceptionally slow and inefficient. After placing my order, I had to wait an astonishing 25 minutes to receive my food. This excessive wait time is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. Food Quality:. The food itself was very disappointing. The quality was poor, failing to meet even basic expectations for a Burger King meal. Billing Issues:. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of the visit was the billing process. I was initially presented with a duplicate bill, which caused further delays and confusion. To make matters worse, there was a discrepancy in the payment: my bill was ₹730, but ₹780 was received from me. The waiter involved in this transaction was Rakesh. When I pointed out the error, an argument ensued. This kind of error and the subsequent confrontation are concerning and reflect a lack of attention to detail and customer service in their operations. Summary:. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Burger King location. The combination of extremely slow service, poor food quality, critical billing errors, and the unpleasant argument made for a very negative dining experience.
