I had a wonderful experience at Burger Tree. Even though the place was extremely busy and full of customers, the service was absolutely excellent. The staff was polite, attentive, and managed everything so smoothly despite the rush. We had to wait a little longer for one dish, but what truly touched me was their gesture—they didn’t charge us for that dish to make up for the delay. This level of honesty, care, and customer-first attitude is rare these days. I am genuinely overwhelmed by the hospitality shown by the staff and the owner. It’s not just about good food, but about how customers are treated, and Burger Tree truly excels at that. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. The Burger sizes have reduced, I have been eating and ordering from here since the time they started as a cloud kitchen. So the burgers are good in taste but as an old customer I would say the sizes have reduced and the Bun quality has changed slightly. One patty used to feel like 2 burgers when they started. The cheese used to fill our mouth but now it’s very small as compared to the burgers they served when they started.
