The Burger sizes have reduced, I have been eating and ordering from here since the time they started as a cloud kitchen. So the burgers are good in taste but as an old customer I would say the sizes have reduced and the Bun quality has changed slightly. One patty used to feel like 2 burgers when they started. The cheese used to fill our mouth but now it’s very small as compared to the burgers they served when they started. Burger Tree, I have seen you replying to feedbacks oversmartly and not accepting your faults, indirectly insulting your customers. I had also encountered a similar experience before( you had sent me spoiled, foul smelling food item). But instead of accepting your mistake,you tried to disregard my feedback and complaint with a reply full of lies and ignorance. You even tried to insult me. But as I immediately replied back with proper points and the true facts of my experience, you removed your manipulative and insulting reply. Seriously, you should be afraid of the One above.
