I placed an order with Burger Singh at 10 PM, and they accepted it without any issue. Then at 11 PM, they suddenly called to say they “can’t deliver because the rider can’t be contacted.” The whole explanation felt very shady. I even told them I was willing to wait, but they flat-out refused and said they weren’t going to deliver my order at all. When I pointed out that many restaurants might be closed by then, they insisted, “No no, restaurants are open, you can order from somewhere else now.” So basically, they wasted an entire hour only to cancel on me and tell me to go elsewhere. Zero professionalism, zero responsibility. Definitely not ordering from Burger Singh again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
