Service is pathetic.The employees are highly untrained and unprofessional. I asked them to turn on the ACs they behaved very rudely and told ACs are not in working condition. Then I asked to call the manager. The person who was claiming to be the manager of the store was not even looking like a manager. He was very rough with us and not even able to communicate properly. Also there is no telephonic support provided by Burger singh via which you can lodge complaint against the franchise.
