I recently decided to try the burger delivery from Burger Seigneur, lured in by the appetizing photos and positive buzz. However, my experience was deeply disappointing, falling short of expectations on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the size of the burgers was startlingly small, especially when considering the price point. Given the cost, I anticipated a satisfying, hearty meal but was met with portions that seemed more suited to a child's menu. This was not only surprising but also disappointing, as it felt like a poor value for money. Adding insult to injury, the burger patty itself was underwhelming. A fundamental element of any burger, the meat, was severely lacking in flavor, notably absent of even the most basic seasoning - salt. This oversight left the patty bland and contributed to an overall lackluster dining experience. The core issue here goes beyond just a disappointing meal; it touches on the expectation of receiving a product that reflects its price. Unfortunately, what was marketed as a premium burger experience felt more like a sham, primarily due to the lack of meat and the failure to adhere to basic culinary standards. While I understand that not every dish can meet every customer's expectations, however what was delivered is too significant to overlook. It's with regret that I find myself unable to rate my experience any higher than a 2 out of 5, with a sincere hope that Burger Seigneur will take this feedback into account and make necessary adjustments to their offerings.
