Worst experience ever – completely ruined a special day We ordered food from Burger Queen through Zomato, and honestly, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We live in Canada, and this order was meant to be a surprise for our parents on their anniversary back in our village. Since Zomato service is not available in our village, my father had to drive 7 km to another village just to pick up the order. We ordered three items, including Malai Chaap, but instead of Malai Chaap, they sent fries. We immediately contacted Zomato support, and I must say the Zomato executive was very helpful and handled the issue professionally. They re-ordered the food and even gave the restaurant special instructions to avoid any mistake. My father again went another 7 km to pick up the replacement order. And unbelievably, the same thing happened again. Once again, instead of Malai Chaap, the restaurant sent fries. This is not a mistake anymore — it feels intentional. Even after clear instructions, this restaurant did not care at all. It seems like they just send whatever cheap food they want instead of what the customer actually orders. Because of this restaurant’s carelessness and unprofessional behavior, what was supposed to be a happy anniversary surprise turned into a very disappointing experience for our parents. If there was an option to give a negative rating, I would definitely choose that. Restaurants like this should seriously reconsider their service standards. Completely disappointed.
