I want to share this incident that happened to me today. I ordered veg Schezwan fried rice and non-veg Schezwan fried rice from Burger point, the order was delivered and without suspecting anything we went ahead and started having the items. My mother is vegetarian and as such we passed the veg fried rice to her but after having a spoon or so she realized that the orders were labelled incorrectly and she was infact eating the non veg fried rice. Such types of mistakes are not expected from a restaurant like burger point which has been operating for some time now. This is not just a simple error of labelling the items incorrectly but is involved with impacting the eating habits and religious beliefs of people, this is unacceptable and if you are delivering both veg and non veg items you need to be extra careful to label those appropriately. This was a very disappointing experience with the restaurant and I personally would not suggest anyone who is veg to order from this restaurant as you never know what you would be getting in your order.
