Each time I eat at burger lounge, I am simply more disappointed. I have never seen beef patfies soooo thin and dry in my life.i ordered the xxxl last night, and the 3 beef "CD'S" they put in it were simply flaking off. If you put all three together, then only you would get a normal Beef Patty. I understand making profit, but doing so at the expense of the taste of a burger, it is simply sacrilege. And their combo menu is the biggest joke in human history. How hard is it to make sure that every option of burger, sandwich and wrap can have sides of a fries/wedges and a choice of drink? Every fast food chain in the world has this option, but not burger lounge. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We take food quality seriously and it is completely disheartening to hear that our beef patties were thin and dry, as this is not our usual standard. We will definitely investigate this internally to avoid any kind of recurrence . Loved this place! The burgers and fries are super tasty and the quality is definitely assured. The quantity served is decent, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other burger joints nearby. The ambiance is really nice and fresh—perfect for a night hangout. Definitely a great addition to the town. Will be coming back for more! I recently visited Burger Longue, and I have to say, it's a fantastic spot for burger lovers! The beef burger is definitely the best I've had—juicy and full of flavor. I also tried their fried chicken called the Zinger, and it was absolutely delicious. To top it off, I had a chikku shake that was just as tasty. The interior and ambiance of the place are really inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Plus, I love that they offer delivery through Swiggy in Pathanamthitta, making it easy to enjoy their food at home. Overall, I'm very happy with Burger Longue and can’t wait to go back!
