This was the very bad burger king I ordered 1st time home delivery nd pay online mode payment the order not delivered nd my payment was not refunded nd i try to connect the number but phone was switched nd they show me order was delivered my address These people were making foolish. I very disappoint to Hauz khas burger king chii these types of burger king nd these people who are working nd the owner. These types of burger king are closed plzzz not buy nd eat anything from this hauz khas burger king And plz refund my money Order not received but they show order was delivered Very very bad burger king I ever seen

Manager (or whoever the rowdy bearded person is) has a bad attitude, acts like he owns the place. He withheld the cola from my combo, arguing that the cola was replaced with cold coffee when clearly I ordered a cold coffee as a combo with the burger and cola. Terrible customer service. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Slightly disappointed because of how the burgers were prepared. It seems the staff was not interested in making the order at this time. Fries were so hard that I had to leave them. Burger King in Churchgate gate area and at the Mumbai airport is very good but this one is really disappointed me. Not recommended to order. Not sure the dine in quality.
