I had placed an order from my app and i picked my parcel up from burger king and i was suppose to eat home so obviously i did not opened then and there. After reaching home, when i opened the parcel i saw 1 taco was missing so i called burger king and the lady agreed that it was their fault. I asked for refund or requested taco to be sent and the lady continously said that next time you visit just ask for it and they will give you. She did not have me any ref number or such things. I visited burger king last month and politedly asked for it and there was 1 nepali kind of a guy who was very rude with me as if I was begging for something and i just asked for it once thats it. Instead of he should talk nicely and explain me then i wouldnt have mind but he was being aggressive for me for no reason. Very very poor customer service. Great customer service create great brand. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Veg Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Only because of poor customer service and they was i was treated i will not recommend anyone and i honeslty stop people from going to burger king.
