I have given 5 star to service and atmosphere but only 1 star to food. 2 days ago I went at this outlet to claim a voucher that my father gets because he owns shares of burger king. I guess since the meal was free the staff thought it is okay to give anything to the customer. The bun bread was stale and chicken was burnt. Free meals doesn't mean poor behaviour or taking your customers for granted. We got that voucher because we own the shares so it is not exactly free also. Moreover I was not given any bill that I can share my order id or anything if I want to push a formal complain.
