Dear Burger King Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your Burger King outlet located at Inorbit Mall, Vadodara. As a regular customer who has often enjoyed Burger King’s food and service at other locations, my experience at this branch was extremely unsatisfactory and did not meet the brand’s usual standards. The first and most concerning issue was the lack of cleanliness. The dining area was dirty, with several uncleared tables and food litter on the floor. Even after pointing it out to the staff, there was no immediate action taken. The trash bins were overflowing, and trays were left unattended for long periods. In a place that serves food, maintaining hygiene should be a top priority, but this outlet seemed poorly managed in that regard. Secondly, the staff appeared careless and irresponsible. They were neither attentive nor polite while taking orders. Some employees were engaged in personal conversations, completely ignoring customers waiting at the counter. When I inquired about an ongoing offer, the response was abrupt and unhelpful. The attitude reflected a lack of proper training and supervision. The food quality was also far below expectations. The burger buns were dry and not fresh, the patty was overcooked, and the fries were soggy and tasteless. The overall meal looked poorly prepared and was not served hot. For a brand like Burger King, known for its quality and consistency, this was very disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues — especially in terms of hygiene, staff behavior, and food preparation standards. Until significant improvements are made, I would hesitate to visit this outlet again or recommend it to others.
