Yesterday, I visited the Burger King outlet at Lulu Mall, Trivandrum, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. The employee was dismissive and rude towards me, even laughing and mocking when I inquired about certain offers. Additionally, there was a mistake with my bill— I was not charged for the items I ordered. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff member became visibly angry. Although he eventually corrected the billing to reflect the food I ordered, the situation was further worsened by a colleague standing nearby, who sarcastically remarked, "Get rid of this person already." Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. This incident was very disturbing and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I sincerely hope that you will look into this matter, provide proper training to your staff on customer service, and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Hospitality is about creating a welcoming environment, and I trust that Burger King values its customers enough to address this issue promptly.
