On October 1 2025, I purchased and consumed a chicken burger from your outlet. Shortly after eating it, I developed a severe allergic reaction, leading to a life-threatening condition. I was immediately admitted to the ICU at KIMS Hospital, Trivandrum, where I remained under critical care for two days. My blood pressure and pulse dropped to dangerously low levels, and I was administered two doses of adrenaline injections to stabilize my condition. This experience was extremely traumatic and has caused significant physical, emotional, and financial distress. Given the seriousness of the event, I am requesting: 1. A formal investigation into the incident, including food safety and ingredient handling at the Lulu Mall outlet. 2. A detailed explanation and assurance regarding allergen control and labeling at Burger King outlets. Food: 1 Service: 1
