Right after seeing Shitila Devi Temple, come for a meal. Many visitors come here to try nicely cooked double burgers, grilled chicken and vegan burgers. I had given an order on the burger king app and the food was showing, delivered but it was not delivered and this was coming from Korum mall's burger king. On the app it was showing that the order was dispatched but for half an hour nothing came. I was not able to even track my order and then all of a sudden it was showing delivered. I was not able to contact the store as well because the phone number doesnt exist. How am i supposed to contact them about the issue when nothing is working?! I need a refund!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had ordered from burger King korum at 8.56 pm today and had prepaid payment of Rs 290 .The customer care no is not working and the food is shown as delivered at 9.56 pm without reaching our residence .This is in very poor taste on the part of burger King korum this amounts to cheating.

Disappointing experience with Korean Spicy Fries. Overpriced (₹150+) for the small quantity. Had to wait 30 minutes for preparation, despite showing payment receipt. Staff coordination seemed lacking. Compared to McDonald's, value for money is high. Suggestions: increase quantity, improve taste, and streamline service. Hope for improvements.
