Experience (Repeatedly) This is not the first time, not even the second — this is the third time Burger King completely messed up my order. I ordered something specific and received someone else’s order. What kind of system is this? To make it worse, they didn’t even include the extra sauce I requested. Why even give the option if you're going to ignore it? One time, I ordered directly through their official website. They accepted the order, I went all the way to the outlet after 30 minutes, and guess what? They told me “your order is not on our server." Are you serious? Wasting my time, money, and patience again and again. This level of mismanagement, careless staff behavior, and unreliable service is unacceptable. If this is the experience customers get after spending their money, then Burger King really needs to fix their system or stop taking orders they can't handle. Totally disappointed and done with this outlet..
