Had a great meal at Burger King! Stopped by for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the food. I ordered a full combo with a burger, fries, and a drink, and added a chocolate sundae for dessert. The burger was fresh and juicy, and the fries were actually hot and crispy, which I loved. The chocolate sundae was the best part to finish the meal. Everything was served pretty quickly and tasted great. The staff was polite, and the place was clean and comfortable to sit in. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star experience for the price. Very disappointing experience at Burger King, VR Mall Surat. The Coke was not cold or fizzy at all. The fries were served completely cold, and the burger did not have enough sauce, it felt very dry and tasteless. For the price they charge, this kind of quality is unacceptable. Won’t be visiting again. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience at Burger King VR Mall, Surat. The Coke was flat and not cold, fries were ice cold, and the burger had almost no sauce which made it very dry. Food quality was really poor. Totally disappointed. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
