Had placed a Take Away order. Went to the store. Did the payment and was waiting. After 10-15 mins, my order showed up as ready and picked up already while i was still waiting for order to get ready. After waiting for more 10-15 mins in the store, i went to the counter, the order was still getting ready and then I was handed over a non veg parcel. I reconfirmed as the parcel was small. It turned out to be someone else’s order. Instead of accepting mistake, Mr. Sushanta in the store asked to me not visit the restaurant again “mat aayega fir aap”. His colleagues out there were accepting that it was his blunder mistake but he kept on with his illogical responses and misbehaviour. It was late night already else would have surely made an instant police complaint. Too rude to be a employee of good brands like Burger King. Not visiting this restaurant again. Service: Takeaway
