I placed delivery Order #2007 yesterday at 9:17 PM from Burger King - Phoenix Marketcity, but there was no delivery and no proper update provided. When we called the manager, he failed to share the order status or delivery partner details and also refused to process the refund. Instead of resolving the issue, he arrogantly said, “You can complain to whoever you want.” This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. Poor management, zero accountability, and extremely bad customer service. I strongly suggest not ordering delivery from this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery
