Such a bad experience at burger king, burger delivered 2 hours after ordering online on burger kings official app, that too the burger even after several instructions came cold, soggy, and no taste. Used to be a BK fan, not anymore. The burger was kept for pickup for almost 1.5 hours and upon calling the staff said "its not their responsibility for late deliveries, its delivery man's problem." The delivery man upon arrival was so confused about the opt, and took almost 30 mins of my time, whereas there was no OPT provided, the aap notifies the burger as already delivered although it was still in the restaurant. Worst experience, unhealthy burger, do not recommend anymore. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
