I had ordered 2 mcVeggie burger, 2 makhani burst burger and 2 fries from Burger King Karadi outlet on swiggy. The mcVeggie burger which the name explains that it should have vegetables did not have any vegetables in it and just a little amount of mayonnaise. The makhani burst burger which should have the makhani sauce did not have even a little amount of sauce on it. The food tasted very bland. It is very disappointing to spend so much money and receive such a bad quality food. And also considering that Burger King is such a large restaurant chain this outlet has not maintained any standards in the quality of food. It’s disheartening that this outlet falls short of providing satisfactory service. Food: 1

Very poor experience with this outlet. They accept orders through delivery apps but completely ignore cooking instructions. The saucy fries had only a very small amount of sauce, which is unacceptable for an item sold as “saucy”. The food quality was below standard, and the fries were delivered cold and soggy. To make things worse, the restaurant contact number is listed on Google, but no one answers calls, leaving customers with no way to raise issues. I have book my order at BK as I was too hungry. It’s been 1.5 hour but there is no update. I am contacting OLA parter who supposed to deliver my order but there is no response and no response from store side. I have call them multiple times time there is no response. Really pathetic. It's been 45 min that my order seems on the way but partner is not moving as I am tracking on the map. Kindly check your delivery partners before handing over parcel to them.
