I ordered a my fevourite Korean Spicy Paneer Burger, which was extremely spicy. Due to the spice level, I requested a paper glass of water from the Lady Manager on duty. To my surprise, she flatly refused, stating that they do not provide water in paper glasses. When I specifically asked if they were out of stock, she replied that they simply "don't have them," despite the fact that paper glasses are standard for serving beverages at Burger King. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Providing water to a customer—especially one struggling with spicy food—is a basic hospitality requirement and a matter of common courtesy. Due to her refusal and lack of assistance, I had to leave the outlet immediately without even being able to drink water. Incident Details: Location: Burger King, Wagholi, Bakori Phata. Date & Time: 16-12-2025. 01:00pm Staff Involved: Lady Manager (On-duty) I request you to look into this matter urgently. I hope you will take the necessary corrective action against the staff involved and ensure that your team is better trained in basic customer service. Because of their automated machine issues customers had to face problems with related to payments. I made a payment and payment receipt has not come through. Now, they are asking me to get in touch with bank and the problem is from Burger King side so it is completely a merchant issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
