I ordered a my fevourite Korean Spicy Paneer Burger, which was extremely spicy. Due to the spice level, I requested a paper glass of water from the Lady Manager on duty. To my surprise, she flatly refused, stating that they do not provide water in paper glasses. When I specifically asked if they were out of stock, she replied that they simply "don't have them," despite the fact that paper glasses are standard for serving beverages at Burger King. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Providing water to a customer—especially one struggling with spicy food—is a basic hospitality requirement and a matter of common courtesy. Due to her refusal and lack of assistance, I had to leave the outlet immediately without even being able to drink water. Incident Details: Location: Burger King, Wagholi, Bakori Phata. Date & Time: 16-12-2025. 01:00pm Staff Involved: Lady Manager (On-duty) I request you to look into this matter urgently. I hope you will take the necessary corrective action against the staff involved and ensure that your team is better trained in basic customer service.
